Welcome to Sakesoba Junction! I’m Tim Haynes, a UK based Japanese Railway Modeller, that also has a passion for Japanese and Asian (as well as other) food and drink. The idea of this site is sort of a fusion between the two (maybe three?!) subjects as well as a blog about my N gauge Japanese layout that I am currently building: Sakesoba Junction.
